"The driver was slightly late because of confusion caused by my communication. I called the contact number and the person I spoke to called the driver. He then contacted me and arrived 10 minutes later. Communication after that, direct with the driver, was very good. One thing I would say is the contact number you are initially given is just someone's mobile and not a dedicated line, so I got really worried that the issue wouldn't be sorted out, bit it was. Would suggest the business has a dedicated line so it can answer calls more professionally as that would instil confidence in what was otherwise an excellent service!"
